We can ship and deliver umbrellas all across the world. We can deliver our umbrellas all around the world. Our distribution warehouses are located in the United States, Australia and New Zealand. We've also got stockists and dealers in regions across these countries and in regional hubs such as the UAE. We'll look to get your product to you as soon as possible.

When will my order be shipped?

We know you're excited about your new purchase. For standard in stock orders, we strive to have these dispatched within 48 hours of your order being placed and paid for. While you wait we'll send you information on how you can prep for your new umbrella. We will send you shipping details once a tracking number has been assigned to the order and let you know what items have left the factory. For custom products made to order or for products that are out of stock, the lead time will be advised by your consultant. If you have not received a lead time from your consultant, please contact us.

Can I change my delivery address?

Sometimes you may need to have your umbrellas delivered elsewhere. Yes, you may change your delivery address (assuming your order has not been delivered). We recommend calling us immediately upon realising that the address may be wrong with your order. If your order is already in transit, there may be additional freight charges incurred.
